How do I order?

Purchasing one item

If you want to purchase just one item, you can click the ‘buy’ button of the item you would like. You will then be taken to the paypal basked where you can pay for your item.

Purchasing multiple items

If you would like to purchase multiple items all you need to is click the ‘buy’ button of the first item that you want. You will then be taken to the paypal basket. From here, all you need to do is return back to the store by choosing the ‘continue shopping’ button in the basket.

Keep doing this for as many items as you want. When you’re ready to pay, choose the basket option in the eQuip store and you can pay for your chosen items.

How do I cancel an order?

You have the right to cancel your order. However this would need to be done within two working days to prevent your order being dispatched to you. If you would like to cancel your order please send us an email using the contact form on the right. In your email please quote the reference number given to you by PayPal checkout and your address.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.

Once you have notified us that you are canceling your order, we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order through any major credit or debit card, or through your pre-registered PayPal account.

You do not have to sign up to a PayPal account to pay for your items. However if you want the efficiency and speed of paying through PayPal account, you can sign up here:

How long will my item take to deliver?

We normally ship your items within 3 working days of receiving your order. We use Royal Mail first class delivery to send your item to you within the UK. This means your product should be with you within 24 hours from shipping. You will be advised, through email, in the event of any delay in shipment.

For international orders this process will take slightly longer. We will still ship your order within 3 working days, but the delivery to your address will take longer than UK deliveries. Bulk orders are sent by freight delivery and we’ll email you a tracking number for the package. Single items will be posted by airmail and cannot be tracked.

How much does it cost to deliver my items to me?

Delivery rates vary by your location and the size of the package. This will be calculated for you at the time you go through the PayPal checkout process.
